Add AI CV Screening to Salesforce

Native Salesforce integration is coming. CVSense® will let you run Evidence-Based Skill Validation (EBSV) on candidates inside Salesforce and push evidence-scored shortlists into your custom recruitment workflows. Join the waitlist.

CVSense® Proprietary Technology

We don’t keyword-match. We interrogate.

CVSense® Evidence-Based Skill Validation (EBSV) is our proprietary screening engine. Instead of counting keywords like a legacy ATS, EBSV interrogates every CV against the job description and classifies each skill as evidenced, claimed without evidence, ormissing — so your shortlist is built on proof, not buzzwords.

Evidence-based scoring

Every claimed skill is cross-checked against the candidate’s own experience, projects and outcomes — not just job titles.

Tri-state classification

EBSV labels each required skill as Evidenced, Claimed or Missing — giving recruiters a defensible, audit-ready shortlist rationale.

False-skill detection

EBSV detects CVs that pad keyword density without supporting context — cutting CV fraud and keyword-stuffing from your pipeline.
